  If I could give a minus I would, I am about to make my third complaint to the health and disability commissioner about Onerahi Medical centre and I would encourage others to do the same. The doctors and nurses do try.
  
  But the medical centre is totally dysfunctional, they lose files and they get prescriptions wrong not once but repeatedly. Despite watching them update the computers and looking at the screens to make sure they have my details correct, they continue to bring old outdated details up. this is possibly a result of computer crashes and outdated backups being used.
  
  As with the other Google reviews here, the centre is just overrun far too high a patient to staff ratio.
  
  As others here are saying if you get blood tests or other tests, do not wait for them to contact you, because they probably won't
  .
  If you ring them they are likely to give you the wrong results. Until I see the results myself I do not think we can believe anything you say because we dont know if you know what you are doing. Please explain how a male nurse rang me yesterday to tell me the results, but you claim they were not received until today. How can that be either somebody is lying or people just do not know what they are doing and most staff run around like overworked head less chooks
