  Wow. Came here to look for a new puppy with family. The stafg at reception were unwelcoming and not a smile given or "hello", no directions, not a peep. All staff looked, somber and sour. Maybe it's because of the situation these poor animals are in but its no excuse to be cold and unwelcoming. I watched a woman feeding the pups and she didnt even pat, touch or talk to them once, just shoved the food in there looking all grumpy and sad. This SPCA needs to find staff/volunteers who are more passionate about the animals and finding them homes. Its a sad enough situation already for them, they make it worse. We could have walked out with a puppy that day but no, the staff didnt seem to care that we were potential adopters. Can't imagine how many adoption opportunities are lost due to poor staff management and customer service.
